Hitzio is a rewards and advertising platform that connects members with available earning activities and advertisers with eligible promotional opportunities. Activity may be subject to validation before rewards or campaign events are confirmed.

Yes. Creating a standard Hitzio member account is free. Some advertising features require funds in your Advertising Balance because advertisers fund their own campaigns.

No. Earnings depend on available eligible activities, funded campaigns, successful validation and account eligibility. The number and type of earning opportunities can change.

When an eligible funded campaign is available, a member can open the Watch Ads experience and complete the required viewing period. The applicable claim must then pass Hitzio's validation before the reward is recorded.

Campaign duration can vary. Hitzio currently supports eligible Watch Ads durations up to 30 seconds. The duration and applicable reward are shown as part of the Watch Ads experience.

Watch Ads depend on active advertiser-funded campaigns and campaign eligibility. If there are no suitable funded campaigns available for your account at that time, an ad may not be available.

Not necessarily. The required viewing period must be completed and the claim must satisfy Hitzio's applicable server-side validation requirements before a reward is confirmed.

Eligible confirmed rewards are recorded through the Hitzio wallet system and appear in the applicable balance and transaction history.

The current Hitzio minimum withdrawal is $5.0000. Withdrawal eligibility is also subject to account status, available balance and the withdrawal rules in effect when the request is submitted.

Available Balance represents funds currently shown as available toward eligible withdrawal, subject to Hitzio's withdrawal requirements and account eligibility.

Pending Balance may contain amounts that are awaiting validation, release or another applicable processing step before they become available.

Bonus Balance is used for eligible promotional or account bonuses. The treatment and eligibility of bonus funds depend on the applicable promotion or platform rules.

Advertising Balance is separate funding intended for eligible Hitzio advertising campaigns. It is not the same as the member's Available Balance for withdrawal.

Available payout methods are shown when they are enabled by Hitzio. A payment method should not be considered available until it appears as an active option within the applicable withdrawal process.

Eligible users can fund their Advertising Balance and create supported advertising campaigns. Campaigns may require review before becoming active.

The funded amount allocated to a campaign is reserved for that campaign. Eligible campaign activity is charged against the campaign's funded budget according to its applicable rates.

No fixed delivery volume or completion time is guaranteed. Campaign delivery depends on factors such as campaign status, available eligible members, remaining funded budget and platform validation.

Campaigns may be reviewed for compliance with Hitzio's advertising requirements. Review the Campaign Guidelines before submitting advertising.

Hitzio may provide supported banner advertising placements. Banner campaigns are subject to campaign approval, available placements, funded budget and applicable impression or click validation.

Yes. Eligible members may receive a unique referral code or link. Referral rewards, when applicable, depend on the referred member meeting the required eligibility conditions.

No. Referral rewards may require specific verified or valid activity before they are awarded. Creating duplicate, artificial or self-referred accounts is not valid referral activity.

Validation helps protect advertiser budgets, member rewards and the integrity of the platform. Repeated, automated, manipulated or otherwise ineligible activity may be rejected.

Yes. Activity may be reviewed when Hitzio detects behavior that requires additional validation or appears inconsistent with platform rules.
