Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, accessing Hitzio or using Hitzio services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable platform policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Hitzio or its member and advertising services.

Eligibility

You may use Hitzio only if you are legally permitted to do so in your location and are able to comply with these Terms.

You are responsible for determining whether participation in earning, advertising or payment-related services is permitted under laws and regulations applicable to you.

Member accounts

Members must provide accurate account information and maintain control of their login credentials.

Unless expressly permitted by Hitzio, each person should maintain only one genuine member account.

• Do not create duplicate accounts to obtain additional rewards.
• Do not sell, transfer or share access to your account.
• Do not impersonate another person.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify Hitzio if you believe your account has been compromised.

Earning activity

Hitzio may make earning opportunities available to eligible members. Availability, eligibility, reward amounts and validation requirements may vary.

A displayed activity does not automatically guarantee a reward. Required conditions must be completed and the activity must pass applicable validation checks.

Genuine participation

Earning activity must be completed genuinely by the member. Automated claiming, simulated activity or attempts to manipulate validation are prohibited.

Hitzio may reject activity that fails validation or appears fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise inconsistent with platform rules.

Watch Ads

Watch Ads are advertiser-funded activities where eligible members may receive the displayed reward after completing the required viewing period and passing Hitzio validation.

• The required viewing period must be completed.
• The reward must be claimed through the approved Hitzio process.
• Duplicate or manipulated claims may be rejected.
• Members may not claim rewards from their own campaigns.
• Automated viewing or claiming is prohibited.

Reward rates may change for future activities. A campaign's applicable rate is determined by the campaign and platform settings associated with that activity.

Balances and wallet records

Hitzio may maintain separate balance categories for different purposes, including available earnings, pending amounts, advertising funds and promotional or bonus balances.

Different balance categories may have different rules and may not necessarily be transferable or withdrawable.

Advertising Balance

Advertising Balance is intended for eligible Hitzio advertising services. Funds allocated to advertising may be reserved when a campaign is created and are not treated as withdrawable member earnings.

Bonus Balance

Promotional or bonus amounts may be subject to separate eligibility, use or withdrawal conditions.

Withdrawals

Eligible withdrawable balances may be submitted for withdrawal when the member satisfies the applicable minimum amount, verification and account requirements.

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before processing. Hitzio may place a withdrawal on hold where additional review is reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, transaction verification or compliance purposes.

Referral program

Hitzio may provide referral features that allow eligible members to receive rewards when specified referral conditions are satisfied.

Referral rewards are subject to validation and may depend on actions such as successful account verification or other eligible milestones.

Prohibited referral activity includes:

• Self-referrals.
• Creating accounts solely to trigger referral rewards.
• Operating multiple accounts for referral manipulation.
• Using automated or fraudulent registrations.
• Misrepresenting Hitzio while promoting a referral link.

Advertising campaigns

Eligible members may use available Advertising Balance to create supported advertising campaigns.

Campaigns may require review before activation. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Advertisers are responsible for their advertisements, destination URLs, uploaded creatives and the products, services or content being promoted.

Advertisers must ensure that their campaigns comply with applicable laws and Hitzio's Campaign Guidelines.

Campaign budgets and charges

When a campaign is created, the selected campaign budget may be reserved from the advertiser's Advertising Balance.

Campaign spending is recorded against the funded campaign as eligible activity occurs.

Watch Ad campaigns may be charged for validated views. Banner campaigns may be charged according to supported impression and click pricing.

Campaign rates and minimum funding requirements may change for future campaigns. Applicable pricing is displayed when the campaign is created or otherwise made available through Hitzio.

Prohibited activity

You must not misuse Hitzio or attempt to manipulate its earning, advertising, security or transaction systems.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Multiple-account abuse.
• Automated viewing or reward claiming.
• Bots, scripts or other artificial activity.
• Self-referral manipulation.
• Fraudulent or fabricated traffic.
• Attempting to bypass timers or validation systems.
• Manipulating impressions, clicks or campaign statistics.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another account.
• Interfering with Hitzio security or infrastructure.
• Using Hitzio for unlawful or prohibited content or activity.

Reviews, holds and account enforcement

Hitzio may review activity when security, fraud or policy concerns are identified.

Depending on the circumstances, Hitzio may take reasonable measures including:

• Rejecting invalid earning activity.
• Placing earnings or withdrawals under review.
• Pausing or rejecting advertising campaigns.
• Restricting specific platform features.
• Reversing transactions associated with confirmed invalid activity where appropriate.
• Suspending or restricting accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.

Security indicators may be considered together with other information and do not necessarily establish abuse by themselves.

Third-party websites and services

Hitzio may contain advertisements, links or integrations that lead to websites or services operated by third parties.

Hitzio does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, products, privacy practices or independent terms.

Members should review external websites before providing personal information, purchasing products or using external services.

Service availability

Hitzio may modify, suspend, introduce or discontinue platform features as the service develops.

We do not guarantee that every earning activity, advertising format or platform feature will always be available to every member or in every location.

Maintenance, security events, technical issues or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.

No guarantee of earnings or results

Hitzio does not guarantee any particular level of earnings, advertising traffic, clicks, conversions, sales or other results.

Member earnings depend on eligible opportunities, participation, validation, available advertiser funding and applicable platform rules.

Advertising performance depends on numerous factors outside Hitzio's control, including the advertisement, destination website, audience and offer.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hitzio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party websites, advertiser content, external services, unauthorized account access caused by a member's failure to secure credentials, or circumstances outside Hitzio's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

Hitzio may update these Terms as the platform, features, security requirements or applicable obligations change.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of Hitzio after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
